Seven City Developers Private Limited

Our company, Seven City Developers Private Limited, operates out of office A-302 in the Natraj Building. You can find us on Yari Road in Versova Village, which is in Andheri West. We are in the business of developing real estate, which means our office is always a bit of a mess with architectural plans and legal folders. We’ve been based here in Versova for quite a few years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Being a private limited company means we have a lot of formalities to deal with, but at the end of the day, we are just a team trying to get buildings finished. The Natraj building is a good spot for us, even if the parking around Yari Road can be a real struggle sometimes. We spend our time between the office and the various sites we are working on. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing. We just talk to people directly about our projects and what we are trying to achieve. It is hard work and there are always unexpected problems to solve, like delays in materials or weather issues. We don't make big promises; we just focus on the work that needs to be done each day. The office is busy, and there’s always someone on the phone or looking over a set of drawings. We just keep moving forward with our developments.
