We’re located at Shop No. 20-B on the ground floor of 189, Panjra Pole Main Lane. It’s a narrow lane, and it’s always crowded with handcarts and people moving things back and forth. Setrawa Steels is a small operation. We mostly deal with steel sections and plates for construction. The shop is filled with heavy metal pieces. You have to watch your step so you don’t trip over something on the floor. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working shop. We spend a lot of time weighing metal and loading it onto trucks that barely fit in the lane. My clothes usually get a bit of rust on them by the end of the day. The fan in the shop squeaks, but we’re used to the noise. We’ve been in this lane for a long time. Everyone knows everyone else here. If we don’t have a certain size, the shop next door might have it. We don't do much fancy talk. A customer comes in, asks for a specific size of steel, we check if we have it, and then we figure out the price. It’s straightforward. Some days it’s very hot, and the metal feels like it’s burning, but we just wear gloves and keep at it. We don't have a website or anything big. Just this shop on the ground floor. It’s a bit dark inside, but we know where every piece of steel is kept.
