We are Sethna Constructions, and you can find us at the Happy Valley complex on Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Our office is actually inside Mr. P.T. Ghagare’s place, specifically in building A-10, room 301. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but it’s a nice area near Tikujini Wadi. Being on Ghodbunder Road means we see a lot of the construction growth happening in Thane right outside our doors. Inside the office, it is mostly a mess of blueprints, yellowing papers, and a few old calculators on the desks. We are a small team, and we’ve known each other for years, so there isn’t much formality around here. We talk about site measurements and labor issues over tea and biscuits. The rain in Thane can be really heavy, so sometimes we are just stuck inside staring at the plans and waiting for the weather to clear so we can go out to the sites. We don't have a big HR department or fancy software for everything. We mostly rely on our experience and a lot of phone calls to make sure the cement and steel arrive when they are supposed to. It is a practical, standard kind of office. We just want to get the buildings finished without too many headaches. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace of the construction world in this city.
