Seth Developer is based over here in Airoli, specifically in Sector 15. The office is inside the G H Rajput Vaitarna society, so it feels more like a residential spot than a big corporate hub. That’s just how we like it, to be honest. It’s easier to talk to people when you’re right there in the neighborhood. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors who drop by to ask about plots or construction progress. New Mumbai is growing fast, and we see it every day from our windows. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and old files, but we know where everything is kept. Our team is just a handful of local guys who know these streets well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started and make sure the buildings are built properly. Sometimes the noise from the sector can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We drink a lot of chai while discussing site updates or dealing with contractors who are running late. It is a lot of back-and-forth, but that is just how the development business works in a place like Airoli.
