Service Stop

Service Stop is my place located in Shop No 2 of the Shabnam Building. We are part of the S Parvati Industrial Estate on the Pune Satara Road. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how busy Andheri West 400058 can get. This whole area is always full of heavy trucks and workers going about their business. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. I spend my days surrounded by machinery and greasy tools. It’s definitely not a quiet office job. Service Stop is where things get fixed and people bring their problems. The Shabnam Building is an older structure, and our shop has its own character, mostly in the form of oil stains and worn-out tiles. We don't have a fancy reception area or a place to sit and wait. Customers usually just walk right in and tell us what’s broken. It’s a very direct way of doing things, which I prefer. The heat in the S Parvati Industrial Estate can be quite something during the summer months. I usually have a small fan going, but it doesn't do much against the Mumbai humidity. I’ve worked in Andheri West for years and I’ve seen many businesses come and go around here. We just keep doing our thing at Service Stop every day. It is honest, hard work and nothing more. We don't make big speeches or use corporate language. We just look at the job and try to finish it as best as we can.
