Ser Intergrated Logistics

Our little spot is over in K-Villa, right next to the Thane Janata Bank in the Anu Appt building. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in here sometimes, but Ser Intergrated Logistics runs out of this space just fine. Thane is always moving and shaking, and we’re just part of that daily flow. We handle the logistics side of things, which mostly means lots of phone calls and checking on where the trucks are. It isn't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room with some old desks and some tired-looking chairs. We've been here long enough that the bank people next door know us by our first names. Some days are just slow and we sit around waiting for status updates from the road. Other days, everyone is talking at once and the phones won't stop ringing for hours. We try to keep track of every little thing, but sometimes the paperwork gets complicated. That’s just how it goes when you’re moving goods around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the job right at 3A. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps a bit. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. If you need to find us, look for the bank and we’re right there. We know the local shortcuts and the snacks.
