Our office is located in Panvel, right across from Ashoka Garden. If you know the area, it's the Durvankur Building on Mahatma Phule Road. We are up on the third floor. It’s a decent enough spot, though parking around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We go by Sembawang Infrastructure India. Basically, we work on infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of coordination and site visits. It's the kind of work where you spend half your time on the phone and the other half looking at site drawings. We’ve been at this for a bit now. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate, just a team of people trying to get jobs finished. The office usually smells like tea and paper. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot of back and forth about supplies and timelines. Being in Panvel puts us in a good position for some of the projects we handle in the region. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day management. We don't have a big marketing department or anything, we just focus on the engineering and the labor side of things. Sometimes the stairs in this building feel a bit long after a full day out in the field, but we like it here. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get built. That's really all there is to it, just a local office doing local work in the building Nayan N Shah owns.
