You can find our setup in Ulhasnagar 4, right in the Aashelpada area. Sembawang Infrastructure (I) Pvt.Ltd. is actually located at Hemant Pawar’s place, which is very close to the Ganapati Mandir. It is a very local way to run things, and it works well for us. Being near the temple means there is always a lot of life and noise around, which we do not mind at all. We handle infrastructure projects from this office, mostly focusing on things in the Thane district. It is not a polished corporate office by any means. It is a practical workspace where we keep our site records and meet with contractors. We do not have big signs or fancy reception areas. It is just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and plenty of maps and technical drawings. We spend most of our time on the phone or out visiting the actual sites. Dealing with construction and infrastructure means things are often messy and unpredictable. We like the direct approach to business. We are not here to give you a sales pitch or show off any awards. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the office a bit of a challenge, but that is just part of living and working here. It is a humble place, but we get a lot of work done from this little corner.
