We are located in Mumbai, specifically in the Girgaum area on Jss Road. Our office is on the second floor of a building at Gaiwadi, in room number 45. It is not one of those modern glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. It is a bit older and has more character, though the stairs can be a bit much on a hot day. Charni Road East is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there is never a quiet moment outside. We work on various infrastructure projects from this small space. It is mostly just desks, a few cupboards full of old files, and some computers that have seen better days. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or big corporate meetings. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with teams out on the different sites. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the progress of our current jobs. It is a very hands-on kind of environment here. People come in with dusty boots and blueprints all the time. Sembawang Infrastructure (I) Pvt. Ltd. isn't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the projects stay on track. It is a busy, sometimes loud place to work, but it suits us just fine. Mumbai is a tough city for construction, but we have been at it for a while now in this little office.
