Sembaeang Infrastructure India Ltd.

We are tucked away in Room No. 4 of the Sai Sandesh Society. It is near Haji Malang Road in Kalyan East, which is a busy part of the Thane district in Maharashtra. Our office isn't in a big commercial tower; it’s actually inside a residential society, so it has a much more relaxed and local feel to it. You can see families going about their day while we are sitting at our desks. It’s a bit of a climb to get here, and the area around Haji Malang Road is always buzzing with activity. We’ve got our setup inside for Sembaeang Infrastructure India Ltd. with everything we need to handle the daily workload. The room is big enough for the team, and we’ve made ourselves comfortable over the years. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace. Most of us take the local trains and then a rickshaw to get here. The monsoon season makes the commute a bit of a challenge with the puddles and the rain, but we are used to it by now. There is a small shop downstairs where we get our daily snacks and tea. It’s a quiet enough spot once you are inside the building. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized. It’s a very straightforward way of working, and we like being part of the community in Kalyan. It feels more like home than a cold office environment every day.
