Our office is on the 5th floor of the Amfotech IT Park, which is on Road No. 8 in Wagle Estate, Thane. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but Wagle Estate is always a hub of activity. It’s a huge industrial and IT area, so there are always people moving about. We have a decent amount of space here for the team to work on the engineering and technical stuff we do. It’s an IT park, so the building is a bit more modern than some of the older estates, but inside, it’s just a workspace with desks, papers, and coffee mugs. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking over designs on our screens. The commute into Thane can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that’s just part of the life here. We usually have our lunch together in the break area or go down to find something nearby. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. We don't really go for all those big corporate slogans. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to make sure everything is accurate. It’s a lot of technical work that requires concentration, so it can get pretty quiet in here sometimes as we focus on the tasks.
