We are Sea-Link International Inc, and you can find us at 12B/8. It’s a modest setup where we handle all the details for sea freight and shipping. Most of our work involves looking at schedules and trying to figure out why a ship is delayed at some port we’ve never been to. It’s a lot of coordination between different parties. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the office where the paperwork happens. The coffee here is usually a bit strong and the phones never seem to stop ringing for long. Dealing with international shipping means we are often working odd hours to catch people in different time zones. It gets a bit tiring, but that’s just how the industry is. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible, though the ocean has its own plans sometimes. People come to us when they need stuff moved across the water and don't want to deal with the headache of customs themselves. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s lunch orders by now. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just focus on the containers and making sure the invoices match up. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do here at our little spot. We spend a lot of time checking tracking numbers and hoping the weather stays clear for the ships.
