Scientific Apparatus Mfg Co.

We’re located in the Mangaldas Building on Mangaldas Road, specifically at 255/3C. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character and it’s served us well for a long time. Scientific Apparatus Mfg Co. is basically what the name says. We spend our days around tools, glass, and various bits of equipment that people use in labs. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office can get a bit cluttered with samples and boxes, but we know where everything is. The street outside is always humming with activity, which makes the day go by faster. We don’t really go in for those fancy mission statements you see on big corporate websites. To us, work is just work. You get in, you check what needs to be made or shipped, and you do it. We have a few people who have worked here for years and they know the catalogs by heart. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the shelves, but it works for us. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone makes a mistake, we just fix it and move on. There’s no use stressing over the small stuff when there’s a lot to get through. We mostly deal with people who know exactly what they want, so we don't have to do much talking. Just staying busy and keeping the doors open is the main goal for us most days.
