We are located on Palm Beach Road in Sanpada, specifically in the Keshav Kunj 3 building. Being in Sector 14 gives us a good vantage point for reaching most of Navi Mumbai. The office is on the 11th floor, so we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice. Most of our day is spent coordinating with guys who are out at various residential towers or commercial blocks. It’s a bit different than the main Mumbai rush, but it’s still plenty busy. We have a lot of paperwork to manage because elevators involve a lot of safety checks and parts lists. We aren't much for big speeches or polished presentations here. We just sit down, look at the board, and see who is going where. The team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones learning the ropes. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the files organized, though they sometimes end up in piles on the floor. It’s a real office with real people who get frustrated when the internet goes slow or the coffee machine acts up. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren’t. We are just a group of people working in Sanpada, making sure the vertical transport in these buildings stays operational. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it.
