Our office is located in the Bhaveshwar Arcade, covering units 509 to 513. We are right on LBS Marg, across from the Shreyas Cinema in Ghatkopar West. It’s a well-known spot, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. Sawant Pumps is where we deal with everything related to water and fluid movement. The office is usually busy with the sound of phones ringing and the clatter of keyboards. We have a lot of pump models and parts catalogs lying around because that’s what we do all day. It’s not the quietest office since LBS Marg is always packed with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We have a small group of people working here who know their way around a pump motor. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a customer has a breakdown and needs a part immediately, but we do our best to find it in the back. The space is a bit cramped because we try to keep as much stock on hand as possible. We aren't into fancy presentations; we’d rather just show you the equipment and explain how it works. On Saturdays, we usually wrap up a bit earlier, which everyone looks forward to. It’s a solid, straightforward business. We don't put on any acts. We just show up, handle the orders, and make sure the pumps are ready to go. It’s been our routine for a long time now.
