Saudi Binladin Group

We operate the Saudi Binladin Group branch out here in Maharashtra. It’s a busy state with a lot of people and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the local stuff that comes our way every day. It isn't a high-rise glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular office with some old desks and computers that have seen better days. We don't put much stock in looking fancy or having the latest furniture. What matters to us is that the work gets finished on time and correctly. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for quite some time now. We know how things work in this part of India. There is always a lot to do, and not enough hours in the day sometimes. We don't go around making big promises or using a lot of confusing business talk. We just talk like normal people and do our jobs. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed, even when we are very busy. We have our tea breaks together and we talk about the local news. It’s a very grounded way to work. We handle the requirements for the group without any unnecessary drama or corporate layers. It’s just a local business life for us here in Maharashtra. We keep it simple and stay focused on the task at hand.
