Our shop is located right near G.C.C. on the Kashi-Mira Road. If you live in Mira Road or Thane, you probably know the area quite well. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always something going on outside. We spend most of our time out on service calls or fixing units here at the workspace. It’s not a big corporate office with air conditioning in every corner, funny enough. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of all the traffic outside, but we manage to keep our tools in order. We’ve been at this for some time now. Usually, it's just the sound of tools and fans running in the background. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the phone rings and we're busy with a machine, we might take a minute to answer it. It's just how a small shop works when everyone is hands-on. Most people find us through word of mouth around here. We know the local weather gets pretty rough and humid, so we stay very busy during the hot months especially. My brother and I started this because we knew the area needed more people who actually know how the machines work. The address is 401 107 if you are sending something over. We try to keep the place organized, but when parts are everywhere during a big job, it gets a bit messy. It’s a real working shop, not a showroom for people to browse. We just do the job and head home.
