Satronix

We are located at 412, Laxmi Plaza, which is inside the Laxmi Industrial Estate. It’s just off Link Road in Andheri West. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. Satronix is a place where we spend a lot of time looking at small parts and testing different circuits. The office is pretty functional. We have rows of desks with computers and testing equipment. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful about where we put things. Sometimes the hallways of Laxmi Plaza are crowded with people moving deliveries, but it's a good place to be. Link Road is always a mess with traffic, so we try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We are a small team and most of us have been working together for a long time. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and get the work done. If something isn't working, we sit down and figure it out together. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going during the long afternoons. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the occasional sound of a printer or someone testing a component. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day.
