Our office is located in the Highland Ocean building on M G Road in Kandivali West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We handle property stuff, which means there’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. People drop by to talk about apartments or ask about new developments in the area. Our office isn't overly fancy, but it’s a good place to sit down and go through floor plans and contracts. We’ve got a lot of files stacked up, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we’re looking for. The air conditioning is always humming in the background to keep the Mumbai heat away. Most of us have lived in this city for a long time, so we understand the local real estate market pretty well. It’s not always easy, especially with all the regulations and changes, but we keep at it. We try to be direct with people and explain things in a way that makes sense. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our jobs properly and help people find the right space for their needs. It takes a lot of patience to deal with property in this city, but we've got plenty of that after all these years of working in Kandivali.
