Sateri Transport

Sateri Transport is run out of Shop no. 2, right across from the Anandvan Bhuvan Building. We are on Mahavisnu Mandir Road in Mahajanwadi, which is part of Mira Road East. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, but it stays busy with all the local movement. The shop is pretty basic, just a place to coordinate the trucks and talk to the drivers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a dusty clock. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the morning prayers while we are sorting out the logs for the day. Transport is a tough business because things never go exactly as planned. A tire might go flat or the traffic on the highway might be backed up for miles. We just deal with those things as they happen. It’s not like a corporate job where everything is on a screen. Here, it’s about actual trucks and heavy loads. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the pickups are on time. The area around Mira Road is growing, so there is always something needing to be moved from one side to the other. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just provide a way to get goods from point A to point B without too much fuss.
