Sarvodaya Industries

You can find Sarvodaya Industries over at Sej Plaza in Malad West, specifically at F-45 on the first floor. We’re pretty close to Nutun School on Marve Road, so during the morning and afternoon, it gets really loud with the school kids and parents. The plaza itself is a busy place with a lot of different small shops and offices. We’ve been in this unit for a while. It’s basically just one big room with some partitions we put up to separate the workspace from where we keep the finished goods. It’s not a large space, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, so we end up using the stairs a lot. We deal with various industrial products, and the air usually smells a bit like metal or plastic depending on what’s arrived that day. We don’t really have any professional photos of the place or anything because it’s just where we work. There’s a tea stall downstairs where we usually go for breaks. It’s a very local vibe here in Malad. We know the other shop owners in the plaza, and we all just try to get through our lists for the day. It’s a simple operation, nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
