We are located over at Office 301-302 on the third floor of the Patanwala Industrial Estate. This is on L.B.S. Marg in Ghatkopar West. Most people know the spot because it is right opposite Shreyas Cinema in Mewad. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is a typical industrial setup, and we are tucked away upstairs. If you are coming down L.B.S. Marg, it is pretty easy to spot the cinema first and then find us across the road. We spend most of our days here handling the mechatronics work for the India branch. It gets busy around Ghatkopar, especially with the traffic on the main road, but being in the industrial estate gives us a bit of a workspace. We don’t have any fancy showroom or anything, just the office and the technical setup. Some days the lift is slow, but we make do. We are usually here from morning until the evening. The area has changed a lot, but the industrial estate stays the same. People drop by sometimes to talk about the equipment or just to drop off papers. It is a practical spot for us because of the location. We just keep things running from this third-floor space. It is not a quiet place, but it works for what we do every day. Just look for the Patanwala sign when you get near the cinema and head up to the third floor.
