We are located in the Sai Ashish Building on Dr. Peter Dias Road, right near Sarkari Bawdi. Alron Caterers is just nearby, so we have some good company on this street. The kitchen is where we spend almost all our time. It’s a busy place with ovens going and people moving around constantly. We don't have a big, glossy showroom with marble floors. It’s a practical workspace where we bake and get things ready for people to enjoy. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere and the heat from the ovens is quite something in the summer. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us pretty well. We aren’t trying to be some massive industrial factory. It’s just a small team of us who know our way around a kitchen. We focus on the ingredients and making sure everything tastes like it should. There’s no fancy talk about our philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, start the ovens, and get to work. The street is usually quiet except for the delivery vans coming and going. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve made it our own over the years. We just keep things simple and honest, focusing on the baking and nothing else. Sometimes the delivery guys tell us jokes while they wait for their orders to be packed up.
