Saraf Export

We’ve been here at Mittal Industrial Estate for a while now. Building number 16 is where you’ll find us, right in the middle of all the noise in Andheri East. Most mornings start with trying to navigate the traffic on the Andheri Kurla road, which is honestly a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Once we actually get into the office, it’s mostly just us handling papers and checking on the boxes for Saraf Export. It’s a busy place because there are so many other businesses around here, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. The estate itself is older, and you can see that in the walls and the way the corridors are laid out, but it works for what we do. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Usually, someone is on the phone with a transporter or checking if a shipment arrived at the port. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for replies to emails. Sometimes the electricity flickers, or the rain makes things damp, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Mumbai. We’ve made this little corner in building 16 our own. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just desks, a few computers, and a lot of files. We try to keep things moving so we can get home before the traffic peaks again in the evening. That's pretty much the daily routine for us here.
