Saraf Export

Our place, Saraf Export, is located in the Mittal Industrial Estate on the Andheri Kurla Road. We are at unit number 14. If you know this road, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in Andheri East. There is a lot of traffic and a lot of business happening all around us. The industrial estate is a practical place. It’s not meant to be pretty; it’s meant for working. And that’s exactly what we do. Our office is full of the sounds of the estate—trucks moving, people shouting, and the general hum of industry. We handle exports, so there’s always something being packed or checked. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. Usually, when the door opens, you’re looking right at us. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. We just focus on the manifests and the shipping schedules. The team is just a handful of people who have been together for years. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. We aren't trying to be some giant global corporation. We just want to do our job well and make sure our clients are satisfied with what we send out. It’s a lot of hard work, especially with the heat and the crowds, but it’s a living. We just keep at it and try to get the orders out on time every day.
