Sapoorji Paloonji Group has this office out in Borivli, specifically at Dheeraj Upvan in Flat No-606. It is in the 3B building. Working out of a flat in Mumbai is pretty common, and it gives the whole place a more personal feel than some big glass tower in town. The weather in Mumbai can be a real pain during the monsoon, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working through it. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do.
