Sanwarmal Durgadutt

You can find us at Sanwarmal Durgadutt over in the Government Industrial Estate in Charkop. We’re in units 43, C and D, near the Brimco Circle in Kandivali West. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks nearby. It’s a practical place to work. We have a fair amount of space across the two units, which we need for the materials we handle. The office part is just a small section where we do the billing and talk to customers. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have concrete floors and sturdy shelves that can hold a lot of weight. Most of our days are spent checking stock and making sure the guys are doing alright with the orders. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other business owners on this street. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific and they know we’ve been here forever. We just focus on the task at hand. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If an order is wrong, we fix that too. It’s a straightforward way of living. We don't have time for fancy words or complicated missions. We just get on with the work and try to keep things moving. The summers get hot in the units, but we have plenty of fans going.
