We've been around Santacruz for a while now. The shop is at Dhiraj Heritage, right near Luggage World on S. V. Road. It's a family thing, just helping people see better and picking out frames that don't look weird on their faces. We see a lot of the same neighbors coming back over the years. Some folks need new reading glasses and others just broke their old ones and need a quick fix. We keep things pretty simple here. We aren't a big fancy chain or anything like that. It’s just us and the lenses. Sometimes it gets a bit busy on the ground floor, but we try to get through the eye tests as fast as we can without rushing anyone too much. Dealing with frames and prescriptions every day keeps us occupied. If you’re walking past Luggage World, you’ll spot us. We have all sorts of styles, some basic ones and some that are a bit more modern, I guess. My dad started things and we just kept it going. It’s a job we know how to do. There isn't much more to it. We just show up, open the doors, and help whoever walks in with their vision needs. It’s nice being part of the local market area. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space for the testing equipment and the display cases. We spend a lot of time cleaning fingerprints off the glass. It's just a regular local business.
