Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd.

We are based out of Patel House, which is at Plot No. 48 on North Avenue Road, right near Gazdar Bandh. It's a central location for us and it helps with managing all the moving parts of Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd. The building itself has been around for a while. We have trucks coming in and out, and there’s always someone on the phone tracking a shipment or talking to a driver. It gets pretty hectic, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their routes sorted. We don't have many empty desks here. Most people are busy with paperwork or logistics planning. The North Avenue Road area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of that flow. We started this business because there was a need for reliable transport, and we've just kept at it. It's not always easy, especially when there are delays on the highway or weather issues, but that's just the nature of logistics. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, mostly just maps and schedules. Our focus is really on the operations side of things. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped because of all the files, but we know where everything is. It’s a family-run feel even though the company has grown quite a bit over the years. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the paperwork stays in order for the next day.
