Det Norske Veritas

We’re over at Kumar Plaza, specifically in the 201-A Wing. Det Norske Veritas is located right near the Kalina Masjid on the Kalina Kurla Rd. It’s a busy spot in the city, and the traffic outside can be pretty loud sometimes. Our office is a place where we get down to the details of standards and checking things over. It’s not a very glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The building has a lot of different businesses in it, so there’s always people coming and going. We’ve got a standard office setup with computers and plenty of space for documents. Sometimes we have to go out on site, but this is where we do all the back-end work. Kalina Kurla Rd is easy enough to get to once you know where the masjid is. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a shiny reception area. It’s just us in here, making sure everything is done the right way. We’ve been at this address for a while now and have gotten to know the tea stalls and shops nearby. It’s a practical location for us. Focusing on the task at hand and trying to stay organized among all the paperwork is how we spend our time. It’s a regular job for us, and we like the neighborhood well enough despite the noise from the street. There's a small bakery around the corner where we get biscuits for the afternoon break.
