We've been here in Vile Parle East for a long time now. It’s right near Gandhi Gram, in the Ratanjyot Industrial Estate. Most people know the spot because it's just opposite Mantralaya. My name is Sanjay and I run things here. It's not a big fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done every day. We start early, usually when the traffic is still light. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still in the same building. Most of our tools have some wear on them, but they still work fine. People drop by sometimes just to ask directions because of the location. It gets a bit dusty in the afternoons when the industrial estate is busy. We keep a small kettle for tea. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times it’s a bit frantic, but that’s how it goes. We don’t really do much advertising. People find us because they need something specific and they know we are here near the main road. If you're walking past the estate, you'll see the sign. It’s a practical place. We don't spend much on decorations or anything like that. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use some paint, but it works for what we do. We just focus on the work and try to finish everything before the sun goes down. There is an old wooden clock that ticks loudly.
