Sanjay Trading Corporation

Sanjay Trading Corporation is tucked away on Narayan Dhuru Street at 163/13. If you know this area, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are always rushing around with heavy carts and bags. It is a very busy part of the city and it never really gets quiet until very late at night. We have been trading here for a long time. The shop is small and it is packed from the floor to the ceiling with all sorts of hardware and tools. You have to watch your head when you walk in because things are hanging everywhere. We don't really have a website or any of those modern things. People just know where we are or they hear about us from someone else in the trade. My uncle used to run the place, and now I am here most days with a couple of helpers. We sell things to builders and small repair shops nearby. It is mostly just us answering questions and trying to find the right size of bolt or a specific pipe for someone. The air is always a bit dusty and the light isn't great, but it is our space and we like it. We don't do big fancy advertisements. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the customers. Sometimes it is quiet for hours, and then five people show up at once wanting different things. We just do our bit.
