Sanghvi Parrsssva Realty Llp is up on the 26th floor of Sumer Tower. We are located at plot 108/112 in the Kopargaon Estate, which is down Seth Motisha Lane in Maz Gaon. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the city, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window. Maz Gaon is an interesting place with all the old docks and the history around it. The lane outside can be a bit tight when trucks are parked there, so getting to the tower is sometimes a slow process. We have a decent office space here, but it’s mostly filled with project maps and legal files. Real estate in this part of Mumbai is complicated and there is always something going on. We aren't a big fancy corporation with hundreds of workers. We are just a focused group handling our projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting with engineers or buyers. The elevators in the tower are usually busy so we plan our trips down carefully. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we moved in. It is a lot of pressure sometimes, keeping everything on track, but we just keep at it. We don't use any big words or marketing tricks. We just work from our office and try to get things done right.
