We are out in the At Post Ranjni area which is part of Jamner in the Jalgaon district. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big cities but we like it that way. Devidas Barsu Sapkale is the name associated with this location. Sanghvi Group Of Companies has its roots firmly planted here. We don’t have any of those big corporate offices with flashing lights. It’s more of a local operation where everyone knows each other’s names. We deal with various things related to the business and it keeps us on our toes. The drive out here takes some time if you are coming from the main town but we have been here long enough that people know where to find us. Life moves at a bit of a different pace in this part of Maharashtra. We spend our mornings getting everything organized and then the rest of the day is just about making sure things are running. There is always something that needs fixing or a person who needs to be spoken to. We don’t use any complicated systems or fancy words. We just talk plain English and get to the point. The office is simple and reflects the way we work. It’s about being practical and getting things done without a lot of fuss. We are just locals working hard in our own corner of the district to keep everything moving.
