It’s a trading business, so there is always a lot of coming and going. The street outside is always packed with people and carts, which makes things interesting. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves of stock and a few desks for the paperwork. We deal with all sorts of items, whatever the market needs at the time. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we’ve grown a bit. My brothers and I started this, and we still handle most of the day-to-day stuff ourselves. We don't have a big fancy website or a PR department. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We try to keep things honest and straightforward.
