We are located in Byculla East, specifically down Hansraj Lane. It’s right off Dr. B. A. Road. If you know Byculla, you know it’s a place that has a very specific feel to it. Our spot isn't huge, but it's where we do all our daily business. We deal with pharmaceutical supplies, so there are always crates and bottles around. The lane itself can be a bit narrow, especially when trucks are trying to move through. We’ve been in this part of town for a good while now. It’s a bit dusty and the noise from the main road never really goes away, but we’re used to it. The staff is just a few local people who know how to get the job done without making a fuss. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. It's mostly just shelves and a couple of desks for the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once. We just handle it as it comes. It's a practical setup for a practical business. We don't go in for anything fancy here. People in the neighborhood know us, and we know them. It's just a regular day-to-day operation. We make sure the orders are right and sent out on time. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things simple and just keep working through our list of tasks every single day.
