We've been over here at C-12 in Nand Dham Industrial Estate for quite a while now. It's right in Marol Village, Andheri East, so the area is always busy with people moving around all day. We deal with machines mostly. It's not one of those fancy modern offices, just a practical space where we get things done and keep the day-to-day work going. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the estate. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, but we've stayed put in the same spot. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside is a total mess, but that's just life in Mumbai for you. We keep our doors open and just focus on what's right in front of us. Most of the staff has been here a long time, so we know how the equipment works and what people need when they call us up. It's a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or stuff like that. The workshop floor is usually where all the real action happens. If you’re looking for us, we are right there in the Marol area. It's a bit of a walk from the station if you're coming by train, but most people just take an auto to the gate. We have our routines and we stick to them. It's just a regular small business, nothing more, nothing less. We just try to make sure the machines are handled right.
