Space Builder

Space Builder is located at Samiun Manzil, specifically on Plot No. 172. It is quite easy to find if you are near the Aishwaraya Auditorium area. We handle a lot of the work related to building and construction from this spot. Usually, the office is filled with blueprints, samples of materials, and a lot of phone calls going back and forth with site supervisors. It is a practical office where things get done. We don't spend much time making the place look like a showroom because we are usually out at different sites or looking over plans. The neighborhood around Plot 172 is busy, especially when there is an event at the auditorium. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to park, but we manage. Being a builder means there is always something going on with cement, bricks, or steel. We keep track of everything from our desk here. Most people come to us because they want to change a space or start something new. It is honest work and involves a lot of coordination with different workers. The walls are covered with sketches of projects we have finished or are currently working on. It gets a bit dusty sometimes with all the paperwork and samples lying around. We just try to keep things moving so the projects stay on schedule. It is a straightforward business without any extra fuss or unnecessary talk about how we work.
