Our office is at F/F/1 in Cheeta Camp, which is out in Trombay. Even though our name mentions Andheri, this is where we actually sit and do the work every day. Mumbai is a huge city, and we spend a lot of time traveling between sites. The office is pretty basic, just a place to store tools and keep our records. We handle building projects and development work around here. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting with contractors. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the monsoon when everything slows down. We’ve got a small team. Most of us have been in construction for a long time. We know how things work on the ground. It’s not always pretty, and there are always problems to solve with permits or materials. But we just get on with it. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to build things that stay up and do right by the people we work for. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. The Cheeta Camp area is lively, and we’re glad to be a part of it. We just take it one day at a time here.
