Samaritan Consultancy & Tech. Services is located at 110 in the Veena Industrial Estate. We are right on L.B.S. Marg in Vikhroli West. If you see the Punjab & Sindh Bank, we are directly opposite that. The industrial estate is a busy place with lots of different small companies. Our office is a modest space. We have our computers and some books, but it’s mostly just a place to work. We help other businesses with their technical issues and give them advice when they run into problems. Sometimes the work is complicated and we spend hours trying to figure out a solution. Other days it’s more routine. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound like a big corporate firm. We just speak plainly and try to be helpful. Vikhroli is a loud area, and the sound of the traffic on L.B.S. Marg never really stops. We’ve been in this building for several years now. We know the security guards and the other business owners around here. We don’t have a big advertising budget. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. It’s a small team here. We handle our own calls and do our own filing. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it finished properly. It’s a good, solid place to work.
