Sakova Scientific Co. is over here in E-316 at Kailash Complex. If you know the Hiranandani Link Road in Vikhroli West, you probably know the building. It’s a busy spot. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a lot of shelves and some old desks. We spend the day handling different scientific tools and lab supplies. It gets pretty hectic when the shipments come in because the corridors are a bit narrow. Operating from this same spot for quite some time now has made us part of the neighborhood. Usually, it's just a couple of us answering the phone and checking the stock. People from universities and private labs call us because they need their stuff delivered on time. Sometimes the traffic on the Link Road makes it hard for the delivery trucks, but things get moved eventually. Big marketing stuff isn't really our thing. Most folks find us when they need something specific for their research. Desks here are always covered in paperwork and invoices. Double-checking the packing lists is a big part of the job because nobody likes getting the wrong beaker. It’s a bit dusty with all the cardboard boxes around, but that’s just how it is in a place like this. Lunch breaks happen together when things finally quiet down. This is a simple setup where we know our customers by name mostly. No big corporate hierarchy exists here, just people doing their jobs every day in Vikhroli. Keeping the doors open and staying organized among all the equipment is the goal.
