Kristeel Shinwa Industries Ltd.

We are located at Krishon House on Saki Vihar Road. If you have ever driven down Saki Vihar Road, you know the traffic is almost always a nightmare. It takes a lot of patience just to get into the parking area some days. Kristeel Shinwa Industries Ltd has been here for a long time, and the building definitely shows its age in a few spots. We manufacture various steel products, so the sound of metal hitting metal is something you hear all day long. It’s a noisy environment, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our floors are concrete and there are machines humming in almost every room. We don't have a big HR department or a polished public relations team. It’s mostly just engineers and floor workers trying to get the measurements right on the steel rules and tools we make. The office part of Krishon House is pretty basic, with old filing cabinets and stacks of blueprints. We have a lot of history in this building, and some of the older machines have been running since before I started here. It’s a place where people actually build things with their hands. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just focus on the production schedule and making sure the shipments are ready for the trucks at the end of the shift.
