Saisha Osr Real Estate Llp

We are down on the ground floor, B 17/18, in the Bhagnari CHS. The building is on N S Mankikar Marg, over in the Chunabhatti area of Sion, Mumbai. Saisha Osr Real Estate Llp is the name on our door. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in from the street. Sion is a very central spot, so we get people from all over coming by. The office is pretty basic. We have got some old desks, a few plastic chairs for visitors, and a computer that is a bit slow. We spend most of our time talking to folks about buying or renting places around here. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of movement. Sometimes the traffic on N S Mankikar Marg is so loud we have to shut the door just to hear the phone. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just dress casually and get to work. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai is always a challenge because things change so fast. We keep our records in big binders and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It is a lot of manual work and meeting people face-to-face. The office might be a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It is just a regular local real estate shop helping people find a roof over their heads. We have been in Sion for a good while now.
