Saifee Contracting & Trading Co. L.L.C

We are based in the Shamikh Building, specifically in flat 35 over in Saifee Park. It’s right on Church Road in Marol, which is a busy part of Andheri East. Our office is really just a flat where we’ve set up some desks and filing cabinets. Being in Mumbai, space is always tight, so we make do with what we have. We do a mix of contracting and trading work. Some days we are looking at blueprints and other days we are tracking shipments of supplies. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to the city sounds after a while. We aren't some massive corporation with a lobby and a fountain. We just have a door with our name on it. We work with a lot of local sub-contractors when we have a big project on. It’s mostly about keeping the schedules moving and making sure we don't run out of materials. We try to be practical about things. If a job is going to take longer, we tell people. Honesty is easier than making excuses later. It’s a busy life here in Marol, but it’s our home. We’ve been in Mumbai-400059 India since the start and we don't plan on moving our office.
