Sai-Anand Construction

We are based in the Simplex Complex in Ghansoli, which is a busy part of Navi Mumbai. Sai-Anand Construction is run from Flat 303 in the F/5 building. If you have been to Navi Mumbai, you know how quickly things are changing around here. Our office is a small space where we manage our construction projects and keep track of our workers. It’s often a bit crowded with samples of tiles or bits of hardware we are considering for different jobs. We aren't the kind of company that has a big reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and we are usually there at our desks or talking on our mobile phones. The humidity in Ghansoli can be tough, so we keep the windows open to get a breeze when we can. Most of our work is local, so we spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various sites around the city. We have a small group of regulars who work with us, and we’ve built a decent reputation just by finishing the jobs we start. It’s not always easy, especially when materials are delayed or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we keep at it. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive advertising. Word of mouth in the neighborhood is usually enough to keep us busy throughout the year. It’s a honest way to earn a living.
