We are based over in Thane West, right near the Shri Ganesh Mitra Mandal. It’s a busy area, especially by the Service road near Nitin Co. Our setup is part of the L&T Cement network, so we handle a lot of the local distribution and logistics around Sambhaji Nagar. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we manage the orders and talk to the drivers. We’ve been here for a good bit of time. Working with cement means early mornings and a lot of dust, but it’s what we do. The guys on the floor know their stuff. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big signs. People in the trade know we are here. Sometimes the trucks get delayed because of the Thane traffic, which is a headache, but we manage. My brother and a couple of guys from the neighborhood run the daily bits. It’s hard work, moving heavy stuff and making sure the counts are right.
