Sai Construction

Sai Construction is based in the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, Mumbai. Our office is located in the Jupiter building, specifically A-Wing, room 101 on the 4th Cross Lane. This is a very active part of Mumbai with plenty of shops and people everywhere. We have been here for a good number of years. The office is a bit small, and we often have to move things around just to find a place to sit and talk. We do a lot of renovation and building work around this side of the city. Being in Andheri means we are always in the middle of the noise and the traffic. We don't have a corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a crew of us who have been in the building trade for a long time. We know how the local authorities work and how to get things moving. Sometimes the monsoons cause us a lot of trouble with the projects, but we deal with it as it comes. We are not interested in sounding fancy or using big words to describe our work. We just take the plans and try to make them real. The people who live in the Jupiter building know us well. We are just regular people who know how to handle tools and manage a site. It is a busy life, but it is what we know.
