Our shop is in Malad West, at number 3. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we have so many parts stacked on the shelves. You’ll find everything from brake pads to spark plugs and side mirrors. It smells like grease and rubber in here, which is pretty much expected for an auto parts store. We’ve been here for a good while, helping local mechanics and car owners find what they need. Sometimes someone comes in looking for a part for a car that’s twenty years old, and we have to go digging in the back. Usually, we find it, but it might take a few minutes of moving boxes around. The counter is usually covered in catalogs and oily fingerprints. It's not the cleanest place, but we know our inventory. If we don’t have a part, we can usually get it by the next day. Malad is a busy area, so there’s always cars double-parked outside while people run in to grab something quick. We don’t have any fancy signs or advertisements. People just know we’re here. It’s a simple setup. One person handles the money, another fetches the parts from the racks. We close on Sundays to get some rest. Most days are just spent talking to drivers and making sure they get the right fit for their vehicles. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till night.
