You’ve got trucks coming in and out all day long. Our office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of paper. We spend most of our time tracking where things are. If a shipment is going across the city, we have to keep an eye on the traffic reports. The monsoon season is usually the hardest time of year for us. The rain makes everything slow down, and the roads get messy. We just do our best to keep things moving. We’ve got a group of people here who have been working together for a long time. We don't really have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room. If someone needs to know something, they just ask. The Nester Compound is a loud place, but you get used to it. We handle a lot of boxes and heavy stuff. It's a lot of physical work and a lot of phone calls. We don't use any fancy systems, just what works for us. Living and working in Mumbai means you're always on the move. We’ve been here in Santacruz East for years and know the neighborhood well. It’s just how we spend our days. There is always another truck coming in or leaving for the highway.
