It’s mostly a lot of phone calls and checking on truck locations. The office itself is just a regular workspace with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't really have any decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars. It’s a practical place for doing practical work. We see a lot of drivers coming through to pick up their paperwork before they head out on the road. Ghansoli is a good spot for this kind of thing because it’s close to the main routes. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all; it’s more like a group of people who have been doing this for a long time and know the ropes. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's a bit quieter, but there's always something to do. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's just a regular day's work for us.
